At Plant Circle, we want you to love your new greenery; however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return non-perishable items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Authorization and prepaid shipping label.
Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring plants are secured and non-perishable goods are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Attach the provided shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
